However we know that extensive structural water damage and timber frame replacement require a clean, dry and controlled enviroment. For these larger, complex rebuilds, we have access to a secure, fully equiped damp repair workshop.

We provide a Pre Purchase Inspection for buyers which gives them a full report of the findings using a specialist damp meter. This service is £75 for Mid Cornwall and £95 for North and South Cornwall. It's a little fee which could save you thousands!
